Hey guys.  My sis has bought a house in our neighborhood (Foxwood in Fort Mill, SC) which has an inground pool.  She has asked me to find someone to check it out and determine what it will take to put it in working order, and then get it opened for the season.  Anybody know anyone who does pool stuff? thanks! Robin

I live in Huntersville and also have an inground pool.  There are a lot of scoundrels out there so make sure you get a recommendation.   Some have cost me by causing additional problems just by opening improperly.  I use a pool store that handles the Lake Norman area.   My suggestion would be to call a local pool store (Leslie Pool stores in Charlotte is a good one) and ask them if they have any recommendations for pool services.   Does the pool have major problems or is it just covered for the winter?    If they have structural issues or need a new liner (if it has a vinyl liner) I use Mark of Gator Pools of tel. no. 704-573-2234 but he does not do just normal maintenance of opening and closing.   He lives in Midland and comes up to Huntersville so i would assume he would also go to Fort Mill. Good luck, Pam
