Welcome back to the living Mary!! And WooooHooo for that 10 lbs gone! That's awesome hon.

My advice is to listen to your body, rest when it demands the rest and walk as much as you can stand. That first week I was either walking or in the recliner, I even slept in the recliner a couple of nights.

Welcome to the losers bench hon, I wish you only the most sucess possible.

Hey Mary Sorry for the scarey start but sounds like you are definitely on the right track now.   Congrats on the 10 lbs...that is only the beginning! Take care, Pam

Hi Mary,

I'm so sorry to hear that you had such a rough start. Hopefully the worst is over and it will be smooth sailing from here on out. Be sure to sip, sip, sip and walk, walk, walk.

I'm sure that you'll find that as Annie said, this will be an adventure of a lifetime.

I look forward to meeting you soon.

Barb
