I am 3 1/2 months post op and have been feeling fantastic.  However, for the last week, I've been "achy" in my stomach, rib cage and back.  I've had no sharp pain or pain in one specific area... just an overall feeling of achy.   Its nowhere near bad enough to interfere with my daily life but its just annoying and uncomfortable.  I am faithful about taking my supplements and protein.  I still drink a 42 g protein bullet daily and then get the rest from what I eat.  Has anyone had this problem? Hi Christy!  I hate you're not feeling well. The first thing I thought was that you might have that bad stomach bug that's going around here (in NC), it's hard to get the "feel" (no pun intended) of being stomachy sick after surgery. But do you still have your gallbladder? If so are you on Actigall? maybe look into the gallbladder issues if you don;t think you have that flu bug. Good Luck!

Hey Christy: There is a horrible flu going around.  There have been ppl at work that have had it for 10 days.    I also thought of gallbladder as I had mine taken out a million years ago.   Everyone's pain with the gallbladder is different but I had a grabbing pain under my right ribcage and it would radiate around to my back.   It also grabbed me when i would laugh hard or cough.    Just keep an eye on it and if it gets worse, you may need to see your surgeon. take care, Pam
