Hello!  Just wanted to say thanks for the tip about not drinking with my meals.  I am not sure if this is why, but I went from losing 2 or less pounds a week to losing 5 this week!!!!!!  That is why I love this site.  We all have different experiences to share and really good advice!!!!!!!!

Glad you are feeling encouraged, Stacey, but do remember it will fluctuate and there will always be a week (or a month, in my case) when the scale simply doesn't budge.  It doesn't mean you are doing anything wrong.  It's just the way it is.  Congratulations on your 5 lbs,nonetheless!

Great Stacey!! Dr. Mann told me no drinking with meals.. I did try it once and got really sick so now I dont even do it!! congrats on the 5 lbs!!

Congrats on the 5 pound loss!  I can tell you I really TRY not to drink with meals, but I do sip sometimes-- usually don't drink more than an oz or two, but it is hard...  anyway, congratulations on the most recent loss!!! Like someone else said-- it does come in spurts, but you have to enjoy it when that spurt comes!!! :)
