The Presby Support Group will be meeting at Presby Uptown Charlotte at 630pm on Monday April 21st. At this meeting a nutritionist will be speaking/answering questions so it should be a good one. I look forward to seeing some of you there!

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

Best I can tell you is to take the 3rd/4th st (providence rd/16) exit off of 277 (john belk freeway) and turn onto 4th street - when you exit head away from Uptown, make a left onto queens and a right into the parking garage. Ive lived here about 5 years and only know 'my' side of south which is the south side! LoL. Hopefully somebody else can chime in!

I would take I85 South to I77 south and while i normally just take the Trade St exit and go through downtown, i think there is construction so take I77 to 277 (which is right after LaSalle) and then follow the rest ofJennifer's directions. Hope i can stay awake long enough to meet you all next Monday. Pam
