NEED HELP UPDATING TICKER
Hello all. Finally got the scales to move and now I can't get my ticker to move!! 
Need one of you smart teacher folks out there to help me out.
Went for my first adjustment today and was told by my nut and doctor that I did not need one as everything seemed to be doing fine and on schedule. I felt kind of let down... They just laughed at me and reminded me I was in this for the long haul. So, at least I am well!!

Go to tickerfactory.com and configure a new one.
Then go to the main forum and click on user preferences on the side - that will bring up your signature box - cut and past the *picture* of the ticker (not any of the codes they give) and paste into your signature box. Click save.
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
