Do I have patience?

Okay. I just want to say that I have always thought I was a person with a lot of patience.  Now that I have made up my mind on the doctor, the procedure time is moving so slow. It only took me five years to make this decision.  I know it is ths way for everyone.  I have faxed in the last things to Dr. Baumans office and I keep checking to see if they check it off.  Nope they haven't.  I know.  I work in a Doctors office and it takes time.  So I would have to rate myself a 2 on a 1-10 scale on having patience.  Thought I would share.

It will happen.   Things went a little slow with my doc's office also and then went through the holidays which slowed it down even more....but that to shall pass and you will be on the loser's bench next to us! Take care, Pam

You have to be patient. They are a little slow but they are soooooo nice. Call and check on the list don't just wait fro the update online. They know how anxious we are to have the surgery. But there are so many people that are having this done, it just takes time . Call and make sure they have everything so you can see to it they get what is missing. Be patient!  There was things that I had to send twice because somtimes the sender messes up. Be patient.  Oh and did I say be patient. You have a great wls team handling your surgery.  Good Luck Myrtis

You are just anxious.  Take a deep breath and pull on that patience you usually have.  :)  Keep us posted!  I know good things are going to do!!!

Sometimes I think working in a Dr.'s office makes me more inpatient. I know how I bust butt to take care of all of my patients but not all nurses or staff are as productive. It's a curse sometimes...LOL! Hang in there!
