Here are my suggestions: You said no liquids...can you do Carnation Instant Breakfast?  It has to be the Sugar Free kind, but it's yummy and fills me up pretty well.  Between that and the milk I mix it with it's a pretty good source of protein. One of my favorite breakfasts is the Special K Protein Plus Cereal.  I use a little 1% milk, and add a few blueberries. I also wanted to add on to the cottage cheese pancakes suggestion that someone else made.  Eggface makes all kinds of cottage cheese pancakes and lists them all on her blog.  She adds some SF pudding mix and it really helps to fluff them up.  She says their consistency is more like a crepe, and I'd agree...but they're yummy too!  See here blog here:  http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/ The pancakes & various toppings are listed under April 12's entry. Enjoy!

Jami, when I was at your stage, I ate scrambled or boiled eggs with cheese many days for breakfast.  I also eat yogurt with a little granola.  I bought some Special K and South Beach protein cereal bars which are great for breakfast.  Hmmm, think I'll have one for breakfast this morning!  Good luck experimenting.  You'll find things that are convenient and good!
