Can anyone recommend a Plastic Surgeon in Raleigh?

Hello, I had RNY gastric bypass in July 2006.  I never thought I would want or need anymore surgery, but now that I have lost 100+ pounds I find that I could use a "touch-up".  I have loose skin on my tummy and my boobs have totally deflated!  I used to be a 44DD.  I have no idea what I am now!  :)  Can anyone recommend a plastic surgeon for a panniculectomy as well as for breast mastopexy / augmentation in the Raleigh / Durham area? I know who I would tell you not to go to. I need a breast lift, thigh lift, and panniculectomy. Am hoping that someone here can give you (and me) some advice. The guy I went to for just a consult was so insulting that I swore I'd never give him one more penny of my money, even if he were the last PS in the US. I don't have personal experience but I work in the medical field and have heard a lot of good things about Dr. Oschwald. I plan on consulting with him when I reach goal. I know the girls will need to be lifted and I'll want/need a TT. A lady that posts here had some plastics with Dr. Oschwald and was very pleased...maybe she'll post.
