I honestly know just how you feel. If you read my earlier posts on my blog or even Darcie's post to this thread, you will see that I too have had the same fears/concerns. As you can see, it works ... it will work for you too. It will work to a certain extent no matter what you do, it will work to your potential if you follow your Dr's program, exercise, get support, and work on the head issues that we all have.

Remember that we are all works in progress ... I just got to goal ... now the hard work begins as I work to maintain.
