Can you be allergic to Splenda? Anyone ever had a rash after WLS?

i THINK i MIGHT BE? I made some Banna Bread the other day and had a small bite last night and this afternoon. This morning I woke up itching and scratching all over.. My body is covered in welts now.. I can not stop itching.. Does anyone have any suggestions-- or possible causes? Kind of got me worried. Can I take some Benadryal? Thanks

Think you can take benydryl but would get the liquid to make sure you absorb it get it working faster. Sounds like hives which i get from yeast and egg yolks. Take care and good luck, Pam

If you haven't done so already, please call your Dr to get some help with identifying the cause of the alergic reaction and the best way to treat it. I hope you get it resolved quickly.
