5 Years of Weight History

I have medcost preferred and I was told by the insurance company that they do not require five years of weight history but the weight loss center says they do.  My problem is that I think I might have four out of five years.  They want 2003-2007 but I dont have the year 2005.  Has anyone else ever dealt with this problem?  Im so worried that it wont be approved for that reason.

Most will accept 4 of the last 5 years......So you should be fine.  Good Luck!

Sometimes they will accept 5 years that aren't necessarily consecutive. If you have some from earlier, maybe that would help.

use 2008 as a year

I too have Medcost. I've got the weight history...just have to be on a 6 month doctor supervised diet or ww or something with documentation.
