Our next Bariatric Support Group Meeting will be held on Monday April 14th, 2008 at 6pm in the AHEC Classroom C at NHRMC.

Alison Block, Registered Dietician, will be our guest speaker.  The topic will be “Understanding Food Labels”. Alison will give you helpful tips to focus on what is most important when reading food labels.  A better understanding of food labels will help you avoid extra calories and unwanted reactions from certain foods.

 

thnks for the reminder I always forget the days and by the time I remember the Mon. has passed. But this time I put it in my cell phone to remind me 1 hr b-4 so I can head straight there after work... Hope to see you there. And by the way you look great I cant wait till I get in the 130's.
