Miss Jennifer, I must tell you I love seeing your post come up, they always are so helpful to me I think you are a Gastric Hero to most of us.  Yesterday I read your post on vitamins and it really hit home for me.. Okay I am a good eater, I do 5-6 servings of veggies a day and a couple fruits, I do lean protein meats .. I thought well I have this thing down to a T , I don't need to waste my money on all them vitamins , do I ? .. so I will confess over the past several months I have been slack , not even taking my Flintstones, and thinking I am doing fine, which I do feel great BUT you were right , I was not doing what I was taught, I always tell people to listen to the nutritionst and doctor and you will do fine - but I was not doing what I was preaching . SO on the way home last night I went to the CVS and stocked up on all the stuff I was told to take .  So thank you Jenn for making me do what was right , your the best.  Allison

Good :-) Glad you are back on the vitamin track - its even MORE important with your upcomming surgery! My friend was also slacking on her vitamins and DrEaves wouldnt operate until she got back on track because her bloodwork was poor. She has stuck to it ever since and has felt a lot better than she had previously. Its definately hard when you feel 'normal' and are farther out from surgery... but its a must!!! I cant afford any more darn medical bills so I look at the vits/supps as saving me money in the long run lol.  *gives you a gold star*

Thanks Ladies.. Jenn,                 Dr.  Eaves office has my lab work ( got it yesterday )  and the nurse said it is on his desk now... Dear Lord I pray I am ok for my  up coming surgery, I would be crushed if he made me wait... I wonder how long it takes for us to find out if everything is ok ??? Wonder if LabCorp will give me a copy of my results??? All please say a pray for Pug Momma
