Hello...hope everyone is doing great!!!

Had my nut class tonight and had a question...What does everyone prefer, powder or liquid protein???

I have tried the powder before and could not stomach it, but was wondering how the liquid was..

Thanks for you answers!!

With the powder you just need to keep trying and you should fine one you like - I tried about 20 samples before I narrowed down to a few that were acceptable. There is also two forms - whey and soy. Whey is a better choice because it is more 'complete' but soy is a fine substitute if you cannot tolerate/like the whey protein.  The liquids are ok I drank the isopure drinks - they have a weird sort of taste to them but it was tolerable. Some flavors were better than others.

I enjoy my protein bullets - pour them in my Crystal Light and their taste is pretty well masked. I also liked the Nectar protein powders but didn't use much of them because the bullets were easier. :)

I did the powder-- Isopure Vanilla... I was able to mix them easily in the BOOST drinks and drink the 2oz necessary. You will get tired of it, but all of us did... I also tried the ISOPURE drinks (before and after surgery). BEFORE they were tolerable, but AFTER they were not... they gave me gas like you would not know!  (not the best icon, but been wanting to use this one-- HEHE).  Anyway, I also bought some of the bullets and they were so thick and syrupey (is that a word?) that I couldn't take them either... I have heard if you water them down some they are easier to drink and I may need to do that now to get in a little extra protein. Just know the liquid diet is only temporary and you WILL get through it!
