Finally in the 150s...
Hi gang,
Im finally in the 150s can I get a WOOT!!!!! Im so excited and the only dissapointing thing is I am going through pant sizes to darn fast LOL I just keep buying them and then a week later Im swimming in them! Goodwill is terrible around here with really outdated/nasty/cheap stuff.. Anyways Im off to Disneyworld again the first week off May. My cousin who I grew up with is flying out from California to meet me in Orlando and it will be just her and I for four days. We are one month apart and our moms are identical twins and we always have a great time together. The only bad thing is she has always been a little on the heavy side and has been supportive of my RNY but just the other day said *we can go swimming even though you will look way better then me in a bathing suit* I really really really felt bad because she has low self esteem with her weight, yes shes been on a diet but her invetro (sp) fertility drugs she took all last year really messed her weight up. I have a lot of fun things planned for us and I bought us front row Cirque Du Soliel tickets which I absolutely LOVE!!! she has no idea we are going to the show!!! shes been to all the ones in Las Vegas but never to La Nouba. Im listening to the soundtrack right now getting *warmed up* LMAO I have already told myself I cant race around the park and I need to think of her so she does not tire out.. I know what its like to hoof around a park heavy and overweight and it is not fun. She has already asked if we can sit down and rest from time to time and of course I said YES.. Thanks everyone for letting me get this off my chest... big hugs to everyone.

Gosh, Darcie, I was just looking at your ticker and thinking "Wow! She is WAY ahead of me!" I know this isn't a race and I know we shouldn't compare, etc etc etc but since our surgery dates are so similar and since we are about the same height and frame, I always have compared us. It must be that exercise you are doing. Because Lord knows, I am not exercising and my weight loss has come to a virtual halt!
Anyway, WOOT WOOT for you and your success!! That is Fabulous!
We must schedule a trip to GoodWill here in Wton when you get back. They had lots of acceptable stuff!
Have a ball with your cousin. You are such a good woman! You must give me lessons in having fun!
Darcie!! That is soooo GREAT!!!! 150's???? AWESOME!!!! I can't wait to join ya!!!LOL Have a great time in Disney! Your cousin is blessed to have someone like you who understands about being overweight and the things overweight people have to deal with. Just keep reassurring her that she is beautiful just the way she is. Have a wonderful time! We will all miss you! Be Blessed! Andrea
That is wonderful!!!!!!!!!! :) :) I hope you have a great time on your trip to Disney.
Me, my husband, and son are going to Orlando May 9-12. Evan is about to die to see the whales at Sea World so I thought we'd go for a weekend. We are flying out of Wilmington and it will be Evan's first time on a plane. Pray for us! haha.
Keep up the great work! You are an inspiration. I can't wait to see the 150s myself!

Darcie:
Amazing progress that you have made for sure and in such an incredibly short time overall! You should feel so proud. As for your cousin, I think it is awesome that she has you to support her. You know how it feels to try and keep up with skinner people and I am sure you can empathize with her. It is great that you have thought of those things and that will make her feel better for sure. I know it can be hard to move ahead and lose the weight and feel the pain of others that still struggle. We want to take away their pain but know we can't. The least we can do is not forget where we came from for sure. Anyhow, what a great surprize the Cirque Du Soliel tickets will be. That is a dream of mine to go and see them. Maybe this summer :) I know your cuz will be happy to see you and spend such great time with you. Take care and have a fun time at Disney! Congrats on the 150's and that awesome looking BMI!
