A Tiny Wow

I am no longer afraid to sit at a booth in my favorite places to eat. When waiting to be seated and the matradee asks for preferance I just say Non Smoking. We eat at the Mayflower in Concord and at Concord Mills and always before I  would ask for a table.  No more tables cutting me in half. Ohhhh Yeah!!  At age 54 am I too old to ride the rides at Carowinds. NO I AM  NOT!!!  I think I will fit on them without being embarassed now.  This summer I may have to give it a try!!!! I am checking off things on my wls wish list we made a couple of months ago.  We may need to start another one for the newbies. Myrtis

I've been telling my husband for a month now that we have to go to Carowinds or even up to Busch Gardens this summer!  I feel the exact same way as you.  I love rides, but have been terrified of not fitting for years.  Now that I know I can fit, I want to go enjoy the rides again!  :)

What is the WSL Wish list?  Sounds like something I would like to get going.

I know right!  I want to go out to eat all time now!  My husband says "why, you don't eat all your food, you just waste it."   I told him "I fit in the booths".  He just can't comprehend how great that feels,  I am excited about the fair too!  I always had to pretend like I was afraid to ride the rides, b/c I knew I wouldn't fit or they would stop me when I tried to get on.  But this year...I am riding something....even if I throw up!  Hahahaha  I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I say to all of you - GO FOR IT!

YAY MYRTIS!!!  I know my DH and I went to a restaurant a few months back and I looked at the booth thinking that I would never fit.  WELL I DID!!!   I got asked to get off of a ride once at Myrtle Beach Gran Prix.  I wish the freaking place was still standing so I could go back and ride that stupid ride.  THERE IN YOUR FACE CAROWINDS AND GRAN PRIX!  LOL

Does it not feel wonderful to feel normal............. You are doing awesome Gurl, keep up the great work............
