I made it thru!
Ok I had to share. A couple of weeks ago our local town had a women's expo @ the local community center. Well Curves was there and they were giving away free week trials. I went tonight for my first nite and I did it! I was winded but I was able to stand upright and walk out when it was all over. I really enjoyed it.Don't see how it works because I didnt think it was that intense. But I do know that moving for the 30 mins will help. Anyways I just wanted to share.

Nice avatar. WOW!! I was going to join Curves but doctor doesn't want me to "pu****" yet. I have an umbilical hernia that still needs to be addressed. If I get a pair of support undies for my belly I might be able to add more 'physical' exercise. It just sounds like it would be so hot! LOL (They must be nylon of some sort, no?) Anyway, good luck with the working out. Mare
Oh I bet they are some sexy panties Ms. Mare! LOL I have a hernia also but it is up on my abdomen(its from gall bladder removal surgery). It didnt seem to bother it yesterday. I plan on going back everyday this week. Altho while I was there the girl that was leading the group yesterday tells me that her nickname at the other one in Snead's Ferry is "Sgt. Pain" I was like of all days for me to decide to move!
But it wasnt that bad. I hope you can get to moving soon. I was afraid Iw ould be sore this am but Im not. Got right outta bed, no pain. Now if I can just get these calves to shrink, uggg I wanna wear capris!!!!
Anywas thanks
