Alrighty.... here is an example of WHAT NOT TO DO and give ya'll a heads up!! For the past hour I have had the worse case of FOAMIES since my surgery!!!  OMG thought I was dying sooooooooo,....  NOTE TO SELF AND WARNING FOR YA'LL... Put this in your head and remember it!!!  Number ONE:  Your RNY pouch DOES NOT care that you have laundry to do Number TWO:  Your RNY pouch DOES NOT care that your 4 year old is yelling he's hungry and does not want to take a nap Number THREE:  Your RNY pouch DOES NOT care that you have laid out chicken for supper, it is thawing, but you have no idea how to fix it or what to make with it, and your DH will be home in only 2 hours wanting food Number FOUR:  Your RNY pouch DOES NOT care that the dang blamed phone has rang 5 times in the past 15 minutes!! ANYONE SEE A PATTERN HERE??  My point I'm trying to make is>>> CHEW CHEW CHEW your food and DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT gulp down 4 bites of spaghetti just because you are busy!!!                   You WILL pay for it dearly!!!  Hope this has helped!! lol  Connie

Ohhh Connie!!!

I'm soooo sorry! You are so very right. It really is such a learning curve, but the good thing is that we do learn.

Take care and take it slow.

You are right on the mark, Girl!  My pouch doesnt care if I have only a half-hour for lunch and it CERTAINLY doesnt care that I just got off an hour long phone call with a VERY irate customer!!  SLOW and STEADY wins the race!  Otherwise, my next hour or so is going to be MISERABLE!  LOL
