Anyone know Dr. Scott Bovard?

I started my WLS journey with Dr. Bovard but he left my area.  The last time I spoke with him, he was headed south to Raleigh.  Is anyone familiar with him that might be able to point me in the right direction?  I want to let him know what's going on with my journey but don't know where he is. Never heard of him but I was able to look him up under NC Medical Board and info as follows
