IVE GOT WALMART INSURANCE IT WILL NOT COVER I NEED LAP BAND SURGERY BUT TRYING TO FIND OUT WHO TO GO TO THAT WILL COVER LAP BAND IF ANY ONE HAS ANY THING THAT CAN HELP ME PLEASE IVE JUST WONDER HAS ANYONE BEEN DOWN MY ROAD IM ALSO LOOKING FOR SOME ONE THAT HAS LAPBAND IN THE NORTH CAROLINA AREA OR GASTONIA AREA THAT MIGHT CAN TALK TO THX

I don't have your insurance and don't know that you can get them to cover it if they have a specific exclusion ... which is what it sounds like you might have. If you haven't already posted this to the main boar and the insunce board, try them. casting a wider net might help.

I would consider the amount you will pay monthly for an additional insurnace vs self-pay. Check out New Hope Bariatrics, they have a surgical center locally in Charlotte. I they offer a package deal and I think it includes one year follow up including your fills. So you probably can't go wrong. Also there is financing available through allegran and ethicon. I think the numbers are 800-lap-band and 800 or 866-realize.
