More weight off

Got back on the scale again today and lost 5lbs in a week.Like it when they say 389,better than saying 598.Doctor told me to get a exercise machine.Told him I get a second job and they pay me to lose extra weight.Went back to see him and he was laughing at the idea.Know he is telling patients that don't have a family about getting a second job.

Great news John!!  You're really doing terrific!!  Sounds like you and your doc get along pretty good.  How are they treating you now at Job #1?  Not too long ago I remember you were going to go out for the last meal with the boss.............time flies!! Nancy
