a personal milestone met
For many many moons I have had sleep apnea.
Until I had my bi pap I used to have to sleep with 3 pillows and a TV pillow or else I could not sleep it was more like having to sit up in bed to sleep.
The past few weeks I noticed my neck was hurting every morning.
So for the first time in a long time I slept without the TV pillow and slept GREAT.
Also have been walking the babies extra early and I am loving it.
Also have encreased my time on the ET up to 20 minutes and do the bike for 30 that is 50 minutes of cardio.
Working on doing a full 60 on the machines.

PS there is a delay in the hair extentions my stylist is going to order wavy extensions instead of doing a perm.
Hi Lisa,
You will never regret having wls.
I know I sure dont.
As for the exercise part just listen to your ody it will let you know when you can do more and before you know it your body is doing it.
I am still amazed at how I can do all the laundry and fold and put it all up.
Laundry used to be a chore and a half.
On my way out to celebrate my best friends 77th birthday.
I am wearing jeans and a nice top mostly to surprize my friend she always is telling me my butt is looking good LOL

Annie, you are so inspiring! Many's the evening when I said, "Nahhhhhhhhhhh .... don't go out walking tonight, too tired," and then read one of your posts and felt like I'd better at least tackle my own neighborhood Heart Attack Hill.
It must feel so liberating to be able to sleep without extra pillowfication. Whoo hoo!
