support meeting

I hope it is not to late for those interested.....Support meeting tonight at 6:00 at North East Medical CTR. Down stairs in med Arts building. This will be my first one to attend. Hope to see some of you.  Myrtis

I missed seeing you tonight!  I was there for a few moments before the meeting started to say hi since I was working upstairs, and for a few moments after I got off work when the meeting was over.  I hate I missed you!   Did you enjoy Dr. Klein's slides?  I saw him in the hall after the meeting and my sister was with me (she's a nurse on the same unit with me), and she said to him, "She needs a boob job!"  He said, "I have a whole bucket of them in my office."  lol  I told him that I really need to get my consult scheduled with him.  Heck, I don't JUST need a boob job.  I need a total body lift.  They could start lifting from my knee caps and lift it all to the top of my scalp, and I'd still have extra skin left over. 

Dena,   It was very informative. I was glad to find out they could remove excess skin even with the mesh in me but he talked like very few ins co. would pay. I was led to believe they would if a TT and hernia surgery was combined also if rashes were involved. But he said that did not happen  often.  I know that when this weight is gone I will  have  a big apron and need a tt but don't know if I can afford it.  I saw you when I came in with my DH and waved a hi but you left too soon for me to get to talk to you. You look great. Maybe next meeting we can connect.
