Perhaps... at 10 days I was on soft foods as well but didnt move to normal foods until 2 months out. I would double check your paperwork about the citrus and seeds/nuts/rice just to be on the safe side :-)

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

Wow Jennifer - thanks for all the tips. Is there anything there you don't like - HAHA. You should start doing their marketing. I can't wait to go and just look around. I am going to wait until the kids are in school, so I can be all by myself reading labels. Thanks again!

lol - as you can see I dont like the fish section

I use to spend the majority of my grocery money at Wal Mart, now I spend more at Trader Joes - their prices are unbeatable and the quality is thru the roof. Its a great store to wander around in!

Jennifer, Where do you find the Fiber Muffins? I've looked for them so many times, but can't ever find them. Last time I asked (at the TJs in Cary), the guy went to the back to ask, and came back saying they didn't have anything like that. :( I'm hoping that was a temporary thing and I was just looking in the wrong spot! Anyway, where in the store do you find them & what brand are they?

I think here on OH they were dubbed Fiber Muffins... some stores they come in 'cake' form. They are up by the english muffins and breakfast breads stuff, not sure of the brand but they are Apple Cranberry Muffins (or cakes) or Pomegrante Muffins They are small and the package is heavy because they are fiber packed :-)

Hi Elizabeth! Eggface also has a TJs shopping list that she has on her blog. See the main forum for a link to Eggface's profile. But honestly, I don't recall that it has anything more on it than Jenn's list! Wow! Do they sell anything ELSE in that store! Looks like Jenn buys it all! Wish we had a TJs here!
