Which protein powders can be mixed with hot liquid?

Is there a special type of protein powder that I need to use to mix into a hot drink?  or is there a special method to do it?  I have some Nectar Chocolate Truffle protein mix that is SO SWEET the only way I like it is with coffee.  Needless to say, I have gotten a "clumpy" mess when I try to mix it with hot decaf coffee!  Yuck!  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

From what Ive heard you should try and mix first then heat up... not sure how well that would work with coffee unless you let it cool, added the powder then reheated. I have a hot chai tea mix (a not protein powder) that wasnt mixing well with my soy milk... the best way Ive gotten it to work is to put the powder is a cup, add the milk and wisk.. microwave for 1 minute, take it out stir with a spoon to get the chunks floating then wisk again... microwave another minute then wisk pour into cup. lol its such a process but I love my chai tea lattes!

I heat up whatever I'm eating or drinking, then mix a little cold soymilk or water with the protein powder and whisk it into the hot liquid/soup/Cream of Wheat/whatever. 

Anywhey from GNC can be mixed with hot liquid. It's virtually tasteless and can be mixed with anything.   You have to be carefull about it being overly hot or it can get clumpy. Belinda
