Melissa -
The weight loss is evident in your face and your abdomen. I know it's hard to 'see' it ourselves ... especially in the first month, but it's there and the rest of us see it. I know that I really had trouble seeing it myself too. I think that we rarely 'look' at ourselves when we are big and when we do we focus on the area from the chest up ... you know ... if we allow a photo at all, we are standing behind something or someone ... LOL. Well, to be honest, I think that it allows us a false since of our own size, so that when we do start losing we don't have a real 'vision' of what our size was when we started ... Does that make sense? I know that may not be true for everyone, but I think it's more often the case than not for most of us. Taking these photos ... yes, even the back view will really help you as you continue to lose to be able to 'visualize' the metamorphosis taking place.
Sooooo, as I said, please know that while it's hard for you to 'see' the changes that are happening, know that we are seeing them and eventually you will see them too.
Keep up the hard work ... It's going to get easier. I promise.

Hi Melissa -
If you have a program like PowerPoint, open up a blank file and import or insert your photographs into the new blank document. Set them up the way that you want them to appear. Then group the images together. This will basically create one new image. You can then save the new image as a .jpg file.
I hope that helps.
