MOVED MY TICKER!

I swear, that scale did not budge for 6 weeks!  I was thinking "well, that's it for the weight loss"  yet I knew full well I can expect to lose more weight.  It was just my first real stall...

Thanks, Sheryl!  You had to use the "E" word didn't you?  I haven't been exercising since my car wreck in November and of course that also added significantly to my slowed weightloss.  "Thanks" for the reminder... It is great to see you back on the board!

Woo Hoo, Suzanne! I am so happy for you. Yes, that loss does really slow down. I can relate. I am hoping to move my ticker here soon. Jus****ching like you to see if it is a real move there. It can be frustrating. But, I too, feel I am not done. I got that picture that Mandy took of us in front of Steve and Barry's and I can see change in both of us. Sometimes it is hard to see unless we look at those pics. Anyhow, keep up the great work.  Lisa
