Havent posted in a few days been busy with mother and home life. I posted a pic of Zenny on my profile. Going to see my eye doctor this morning and I am hoping he will agree to doing some lasiks on my restor lens. At least my sight is better than it was so I am grateful for that. I have to go pick mother up at Duke after my appointment this morning so I am off and running. BTW yesterday I planted two shrubs and 12 bulbs in my yard this is a first for me and it did not take much time at all. I even chopped up the ground with my hoe. Also am now up to 20 minutes on my eliptical trainor.                                          Annie

Oh Annie!  He is a BEAUTIFUL little Quaker!  In very fine feather and he looks so healthy and happy!  You got yourself a beauty there!  And I can see that he relates so well to you already!  I am very envious!  I LOVE birds!

You will just have to make a trip up here and hang out with me and the bird and the bulldogs. Do a little hot tubbing.                                             Annie

You go girl!  You're doing wonderful!!!!!  You're more than welcome to come till up my garden and plant my seed for me, in fact I'll even let you mow...lol!  I am getting anxious to do some gardening, this is going to be my first year planting a garden and I'm excited!  Rex says to wait just a few more days, hopefully this weather will cooperate!  I don't care what he says though, this weekend I'm going out and tilling with or without him... lol!  I'll have my Nephews this weekend, so they can be picking up pinecones while I till.  We're planting radishes, Cauliflower, Zucchini, Summer Squash, Tomatoes and beans - now all I need is lettuce and I have a salad!  I think I can talk him into Watermelon too but we'll see... Well, I've chatted long enough for one message!  haha!  Take care!!! Sheryl

Hi Sheryl, Welcome back to the boards we missed you. Your veggie garden sounds great. I ysed to do lots of canning and it was such a treat to have tomatoes in the winter that you grew yourself. Tomatoes are the easiest to can.                                        Annie
