Too much?
How did you feel after eating? Did you eat really slowly and chew it well? Also, how big was the meal? The box should give you an indication in ounces so if your pouch isn't telling you you're full, you can measure better by watching how many ounces you are putting in at once.

I would say yes it was too much - your meals should only be 4oz at this time and lean cuisines are typically 8 ounces or higher. You need to be measuring your meals until you heal - pouch stretching you really need not worry about, its extremely difficult and rarely happens - you need to be more worried about eating too much and causing damage to your still healing parts.
Make sure you are sticking to the 20 minute meal time, eating slowly and taking breaks between bites. Just because you can eat the whole thing doesnt mean you should - your nerves were cut and you are still healing.. it will take time before you can recognize that you are truly full.

I am a little over 3 monts out and stil can't eat much more than 1/4 of a cup if it is meat. Some times I can get one more once in if it is vegetables also. I still can't eat a whole boiled egg. So to me it sounds a little to much. I agree with how important it is to measure.
You don' want to pick up bad habits. Eat slowly.... think about each bite .......make good choices......measure......chew...chew... chew. I think these rules will be important for the rest of our lives.
Good Luck
