WOW Mare you look great. I can tell a difference. But I know it is hard to tell a difference in yourself. Hey have you thought about Second Wind fitness in Hampstead? On 17. I was thinking about there because they have a pool and they have FREE child care while you work out. I know that isnt a factor for you but I would love to have someone there I know and that is going thru the same thing. I called about prices and they are reasonable. AND THEY HAVE A POOL!!! LOL They have water aerobics. Anyways congrats on your loss so far. If you wanna give Second Wind a try let me know! Melissa

No, I haven't checked out 2nd Wind. I think I'll start with Curves. I like the idea of it being just for women...atleast to start off. That's a big enough step for me to take for now. LOL

I understand. I had to think long and hard about it. My deciding factors were the pool and someone told me that it is all old people so I figured they wouldnt be laughing at me. LOL
