New Find

Though Id pass this along...   I was at Food Lion the other day and they have a line of CALORIE FREE, CARB FREE, SUGAR FREE  ( YES!!!! FOR REAL!!!!) sauces. The Brand is Walden Farms. I got the BBQ sauce. Not bad really. Perks up those drab chicken breasts and was good on shrimp. But they also have ****tail sauce and a whole line of salad dressings and fruit dips.   I think they carry Walden Farms at Harris Teeter too but not the whole line like Food Lion. Food Lion is cheaper too. 

thanks for sharing your find ... if you like BBQ sauce and want another choice you can try the KC Masterpiece LowCal version ... It only has 10 calories and it's pretty good. Also if you like ****tail sauce for shrimp, try the Trader Joe's house brand, it only has one 1 sugar!
