Upper GI

I went for my upper GI appointment today, I think they call it a barium swallow.  OMG, I am sick to my stomach.  That stuff they make you drink I can barely keep it down.  I was kind of weird seeing my stomach and how everything works on the camera though.   Also I just found out that my out of pocket expense is 1500 for the surgery.  So now I have to come up with that before surgery but Im not gonna let it get in my way.  Last year the out of pocket expense was only 250 but thats just my luck. LOL 

Yes that upper GI was the pits but a important pre test we all have to go through. I am glad to read that you are going to continue towards having your surgery. Dont ever give up.                                              Annie
