very bad week and it just started
Melissa you are not a wimp. I have gone through a lot of what you are experiencing. It does get better. I am now working out at the YMCA and handling food better. I have not lost lbs recently but I am losing inches. I just went to Goodwill and bought some smaller clothes.
Just know what your triggers are and do something different to make those bad thoughts go away.
