How to tell its time to stop losing...
So last nite I was working at my p/t job (speciality grocery store)... a customer was buying our yogurt covered pretzels and asked me if they were good - I said yes I had been munching on them because we had samples out by the coffee... her hubby scurried away to get her some. Well he comes back with a bunch of the pretzles in two napkins. He hands a napkin to his wife and he hands me the other and says "here I got you these, you could use them you look hungry"... hah, I laughed, he was a sweet old man and meant no harm (I was hungry Im use to eating at 7pm and it was around 830 by then!)... either way I guess its time to stop losing weight? :-)

Hello Jen ( and all ) ,
We all know when we stop thinking about weight that is when it creeps up on us. I have people all the time trying to feed me I have even had people ask me in the start of my weight loss " Are you ill " , because I was losing weight so fast, after some folks found out I had GBS , they admitted to me they thought I had cancer or something horrible.
When I went to the plastic surgeron and he said I did not need to lose anymore weight, it was a big WOW for me , never in my entire life have I had a doctor tell me this ,,, so I guess I am where I should be , once I get my tummy fixed and get this horrible skin removed I can start exercising again and I pray I continue to always keep the weight under control.
Losing this weight has changed my life I feel so much more comfortable in my skin , I have noticed how different people look at you when you are not so heavy, in a way it makes me sad to see folks that are well over weight looked down on , I just want to hug them and tell them you can break free of the weight there is hope for us all.
Good day to you all.
Allison
