Suzanne - I don't mean to hijack this thread but you and I had the same surgeon, James Harris.  I had my rny in 2003, and led his support group in 2003-2005, when I moved to the Chapel Hill area.  I just adore him - and miss him.  Did you have a good experience with him? Betsy

Hi Betsy! Thanks for reaching out!  Yes I love Dr Harris as well.  He is so real.  And he took real good care of me as well.  I had some complications and he was super cautious in making sure they didn't get any worse.  Unfortunately, he went on vacation the week after my surgery and left me in the hands of Dr Miles, and that was almost my undoing!  But Dr Harris is definitely the best! I would love to know more about your revision.  Would you mind PMing me about it? all the best,
