What Have I Missed????

I hope this finds everyone well. I've been working my tail off, running in and out of town and all that fun stuff. How is everyone doing? Who's had surgery since I last found my way to my computer? How much has everyone lost? Any side effects or complications? I've missed you all SOOO much.  I want to thank everyone for the cards. (I know it's WAY late... Shoot me! lol)

Shawana - Hey Girl! So glad to see ya! I finally had my surgery Feb 20th. I was just posting that I NEED to eat a piece of MEAT! LOL   I just realized this evening that it's been awhile since I actually CHEWED something! ARG! Soon.... So, how has your journey been? Fill us in with the details.... Missed ya, glad to see ya back!

It's great to see you post again. The question is ... How are you? How much weight have you lost? Any complications? How 'bout WOW moments? I hope that you are doing well. We have quite a new crew and of course there are some of us old folks still here ... LOL

I'm getting ready to start a virtual support group. I have to iron out the kinks first. I think I'm going to try and do it Thurs @ 8pm. Maybe we'll see ya then.
