Open Post Op Support Group in Raleigh?

Hi all, I am 11 months post op and had my surgery in Portsmouth, NH (lap RNY).  I am likely relocating to Raleigh soon.  I will be spending time there shortly as past of a job search. Are there any open post op support groups in Raleigh? Durham?  If so, do you have any meeting information to share? Thank you so much! Maggie

Welcome to NC! We look forward to meeting you. I have a support group that meets at least once a month that is open to all, pre-op and post-op; you can get more information at http://wls.meetup.com/101. There are actually a number of groups in this area; most affiliated with one program or another. I'm also getting ready to start a 'virtual' support group to meet at least once a month.
