Just a question for all you experienced persons.    Are you ever able to ea****ermelon again?   I think that is my favorite food of all and since it is high in sugar....can you eat it? Thanks, Pam

It's empty calories and high in all the stuff we don't need. Other than sugar it has absolutely no nutritional value (ok well it has water lol) Unless you wanna eat the rind. Anyways having said that - if you don't dump maybe after you get out from surgery a while it would be a good treat? in moderation of course.

Lexi -  Size 6-8 and holding.

I ea****ermelon without a problem.  We all have different tolerance levels when it comes to sugar... so certain things may or may not work. Typically the further out you get your tolerance level should improve.  Sugar is sugar no matter where it comes from so make sure you continue to measure your portions out. Also be wary of seeds until you are much further out - even seedless watermelon has those little white seeds in it!
