Gym WOW! I DID IT!
I started the couch to 5k running program today and to be honest I wasn't sure if I could do it without "cheating" but I did it! The whole day 1 program, wooot! You warm up for 5mins walking, then walk 90s and then run 60s, repeat for 20 mins, then cool down.
I went 1 and 1/4 miles and I did the whole thing!
