flustered..help

OK here is my problem..I posted yesterday about getting bumped out of med/surg review by mistake at Duke....well today I called the girl I talked to yesterday and basically had the SAME conversation I had with her yesterday...it was like we had never talked???  What do I do now?? Should I go over to Duke tomorrow..Does anyone know who I should /could talk to?..I don't want to make them mad and not want to help me?? any suggestions? ...~Mary~

I think I'd go down there, personally. I had problems with medical records and had to hand deliver some stuff, so I feel your pain. I had all my pre-op requirements done in a month but it took like 2.5 to get submitted to insurance because of the idiocy.

besides the office where Beth is (the girl who sumittes  to insurance) does anyone know of any other peoples I could talk to about this?

I wish I new more. I'd call and talk to Beth. I think you might be able to go to DRH and see if they have an ombudsman for the program that can work with you to help you resolve these issues and get things moving. I know that Dr. DeMaria is the director of the program, but I don't really know the hierarchy above him.
