I'm a bloated fool, gassy and poofed up and blah so I was a little reluctant to take measurements. I'm also stalled - I was down to 227 but in the past week I've stalled againand gone UP two lbs that I can't seem to shake.
Anyways - pleasant surprise with the numbers here:

Isn't it great!!! Whipping out that tape measure almost always put a smile on my face when I was moping around because the darn scales were being stingy.

Try to remember though, don't worry if the scale shows you've gone up a pound or two. If you are exercising, then you are building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat.
You could lose 4 lbs of fat but gain 5lbs of muscle so the net is a gain of 1lb. But that extra 1lb of muscle will now help burn an extra 100 calories more than what you burned before. The more muscle mass, the faster the fat burns and the faster your matabolism works.
