First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

Congrats Jenn! That is terrific! I go see Dr K tomorrow for my 6 month check up. I am interested to see what he has to say. I am fairly happy where I'm at, but still have 20-30 more left to go (hopefully in the next 6 months). You are an inspiration! We need to get together again soon. How's your mom??

Thanks! I bet Dr. K. will be so excited to see all of your progress! I know I am proud of you!! You look fantastic my friend! I would love to get together again soon. I know I will be in Charlotte the last Tuesday of March. :) I am going to the support group meeting with my sister, but we are taking kids to daycare and going to shop too! Mama had a stroke last week. I feel that the trip to CMC was wasted because Dr. Thomley has not even gotten her referred to the Pulmonologist YET. Now she has to go see a neurologist in Southern Pines for the stroke. It's been one heck of a ride. Thanks for asking about her.
