New support group for NC ...

I'm confused ... what "B***BO_group" ... I'm wondering if you are seeing something different than what I'm seeing ... it should have "bcumbo_group"

I get a red banner which says the requested group could not be found.   I have clicked on it and also tried to cut and paste and neither work. pam

I have a note in to the powers that be ... I couldn't figure out what the problem was because when I'm signed on as me it all looks good, however, when I signed on as my DH I can see what you are seeing and the link is incorrect. The part that says "/b***bo_group" should say "/bcumbo_group" ... I'm trying to get them to fix it, but maybe just entering it in the address bar without the darn *** will work.

Adult content setting is probably turned on for you.  Go to your user settings and click yes (towards the bottom). Or.. try doing this.   It's not as easy as just following a link.. but if you copy and paste the following into IE address bar, and delete the spaces after the group/, you should get it.    Oh, and there is a _ between the o and group.. don't delete it.  Again, I know it looks like a link, but don't click it.  Just copy and paste it into an address bar. http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/b *** b o_group  Does this help?

I bet that the problem is with the name "bcumbo"If they have their settings not to allow adult material. Um no I dont have a perverted mind but its the bCUMbo thingy cuz it worked fine for me after i tried the new link. Just my thoughts. I know on the main board there was alot of problems with the *** and what was felt to be adult content.

Go to user settings and make sure that you check YES to allow adult content. That's why you get the **. It does think Barb is being adult like with her name...lol. That's why periodically it bleeps stuff that is considered adult.
