Hi Bobbie, Ive missed seeing your post. Thanks for the encouragment my weight loss before and after surgery is a fight but I am never going to stop fighting. Just to be active enough to do my walks and do shopping is wonderful. I dont even know where my cane is any more.                               Annie

Annie, You are such an inspiration. I understand what you mean weight loss being a struggle even with the surgery. People are so poorly educated that they think just because you had gastric bypass surgery that it is easy to lose weight. If they only knew what we know. I am almost 2 months out and still fighting infections at my incision sites and still fighting fatique. I know I really need to get more active but that is a daily struggle for me still. I'm so glad that you are here to inspire me. Love, Bobbie

Bobbie, It took me at lest 10-16 weeks to get my full energy back. As I started loosing I started noticing how much more I could do. Loosing was the key for me to be able to do more activitys. I hope your infections start to get better I am sure this is very frustrating. You will get more active I promise and when it starts to happen it is like magic.                                              Annie

I really can not wait to start feeling better. I'm so thankful that I was able to have the surgery but I have been down about not having the energy to exercise like I should. Thank you so much so saying it took you 10 to 16 weeks. That makes me feel like maybe I'm not so far behind. LOL I too have fur babies that I love to take for walks but only about 1 mile walks at this time. I know they would enjoy much longer walks. Thank you for your encouragement. Love, Bobbie
