How To Weigh Yourself Properly

I can't believe I've been doing it wrong all these years!    We must get the word out!!

I cant see  it either Mare. I would love to know how to weigh properly LOL For now I am staying off the scales they arent making me very happy. Just lost 1 pound last week but then I notice things like my sweats are getting baggy.                                      Annie

see jamielynn's post before your. she has the link on how to weigh... Why does that happen whenever i post a picture? i don't know how else to do it. whaaaaaah!!!

Mare you have to have the picture uploaded to the internet SOMEWHERE before you can post it, you can't just cut and paste from your PC. Stick it in your OH profile or a photobucket site (they're free) THEN paste it in.
