What the???
Yep! I have this happen to me too. I just really try to keep track of what I'm eating to be sure that I'm staying the course. I would say that I really need to eat about every 3 hours to stave off the hungry's. I just make sure to lead with 2 ounces of protien, follow w/complex carbs and then I can have whatever else I want ... Not that I usually have room for anything else, but my head likes the idea that I could have something else if I wanted to and had room for it ... LOL
It will be fine. This is just another phase of our journey. It's the reason that I got the "Beck Diet Solution" books ... They are really helping me with decision making and with coming to terms with the fact that most 'naturally thin' folks make conscious decsions to regulate what and how much they eat all time.
At first, I found it really scary, but now I know ... most of the time ... that it's another growth experience and I/we are up to the task.

Barb
