I came across this workout on MSN and this phrase caught my eye "Results You should see a difference in 2 to 4 weeks." I thought - hmpf yeah right... let me check this out.  After 2 weeks I didnt see much of a difference - but I could feel it. More energy, working out was getting a little easier etc. After 3 weeks - definately saw a huge improvement. I was standing checking myself in the mirror post-shower (yes naked) and kept admiring my legs. Were they getting more toned? No, Im seeing things! Well, maybe... naah. Then my BF said - hey that workout is really doing a great job on your legs I see a huge difference! Woo Hoo - I wasnt going crazy(er)! I also noticed my arms becomming more toned and my upper abdomen thinning out. This past week I completed 4 weeks on the plan, I decided to do it for another 2 weeks for switching to something else. I purchased my first pair of size 8 jeans this past Saturday and the scale has dropped down as well - lets hear it for results! I logged all my workouts on my profile along with some progress notes so you can see how I worked the plan.  http://health.msn.com/fitness/articlepage.aspx?cp-documentid =100185367&Gt1=10815

And YAY for size 8s!  As my kids would say "You are the BEAST Jennifer!"  (And that is a good thing.. not a scary thing... LOL)

Thanks for the link and your experience. I just looked at it and the exercises are very much like what I've been doing.  I had a personal trainer come to my house and she showed me several things to do with free weights and resistence bands.  I'm going to print this article and give it a try like you did.  My problem is getting into a habit of doing it consistently...  so hard to work a 10 plus hour day and come home and exercise.  BUT I gotta do it..  Thanks for the post!
