Just take a good chewable multivitamin, like centrim.  But in order for it to be useful to your body for anyone, even non-WLS people, you should take half in the morning and half in the evening.  Also go to GNC and get the sublingual B-12 1000 mg pills and take one a day.  That's all you really need if you're eating healthy.  If your hair starts to fall out though you can either take biotin or selenium.  Both can be found at wal-mart. After trying some samples, I chose the Bariatric Advantage 90-Day Challenge Combo Pack from bariatriceating.com:  http://www.bariatriceating.com/vichsp.html They have a good price right now for a 90-day supply of:    chewable multivitamins    chewable calcium citrate    sublingual B-12    chewable iron The current price for a 90-day supply of all four is $110, which works out to about $27.50 a month for four supplements -- less than a dollar a day for all four!  You can also buy sample packs first to see if they work well for you. I also take Nutrilite Complex for Hair, Skin & Nails, which gives me biotin, Vitamin C, and collagen.  I just have to crush them up and mix them with a tablespoon of pudding (which I do with a few of my regular meds).
