I did it and a wow!
Back in Nov my NUT set a new goal of 145lbs. Because of all my gall bladder issues I put off doing anything until I had my surgery in Jan. After surgery I decided I wanted to hit the 145 before my upcomming birthday Sunday (2/17). I also wanted to be in as best shape as I could with the 4 weeks I had (I was on light duty for 2 weeks after GB surgery). I had been slacking on exercise since Nov when my GB started acting up. For the past 4 weeks I have been religious about working out (5-6 days a week!) and I have been working hard at my nutrition. As of this morning I hit 145lbs - wooo hooo! Not only that but I put on my belt and I had to tighten it a notch... yaaaaaaaay! Im going to check my inches and put up an official update w/pix either Sunday or Monday since Saturday will officially end my 4 week body makeover workout plan I have been doing. Just wanted to share! I am doing the happy dance today!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
